What is Sylvotherapy?

Sylvotherapy — from the Latin silva, meaning forest — is the practice of using time spent in forests and natural environments as a therapeutic tool for physical and mental wellbeing.

Rooted in the Japanese tradition of Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing), sylvotherapy invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the living world around you.

As a Pharm.D. and Ph.D. in medical science, and a certified sylvotherapy practitioner, I offer unique tailored sessions that will help you improve your mood and focus.
